Hello! I’m Kristine Andrews — owner and stylist of BEAUTY BAR, located inside The Hair Factory Salon Suites in Morehead City, North Carolina.
I’m a wife to my husband, Tommy, and mom to our two boys, Luke and Eli. Although I’m originally from New Jersey, Eastern North Carolina has been home for nearly 30 years. I met my husband at Havelock High School when I was 17 — we started dating and truly never looked back. We were married on October 7, 2006, in beautiful Atlantic Beach, and our family grew with the arrival of Luke in 2009 and Eli in 2014. Life with two boys is energetic, loud, and wonderfully chaotic — a true circus most days — but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Between sports, school, and everyday adventures, we’re often running in multiple directions at once. When we slow down, you’ll find us loving on our sweet pups Stella and Henry, cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes, or simply enjoying time in our neighborhood. Professionally, my passion has always been people — and hair. With over 22 years behind the chair, I bring both technical expertise and intuitive understanding to every appointment. I believe great hair is not just about the cut or color — it’s about confidence, personality, and lifestyle alignment. Whether you need an effortless, low-maintenance look for everyday life or a full transformation for a milestone moment, I approach each guest with intentional listening and customized design. Wedding hair, however, holds a special place in my heart. There is something sacred about being part of a bride’s morning — the energy, the anticipation, the meaning woven into every detail. In recent years, I’ve expanded BEAUTY BAR beyond the salon by building a talented, reliable team of professional hair and makeup artists who serve weddings throughout Eastern North Carolina. Together, we specialize in elevated, cohesive bridal beauty experiences — from intimate coastal ceremonies to large-scale luxury celebrations. Our focus is calm execution, polished artistry, and making every bride feel radiant and fully herself. |
